Do you take insurance?

Yes. I am a participating provider on most major insurance plans.  I will handle submitting all claims to your insurance carrier, so it is one less thing you have to do. You are only responsible for your copay as long as you have met your deductible.  See Fees and Payment page for a listing of insurance carriers.

What are your hours?

Since most people have hectic schedules, I have flexible office hours that accommodate a variety of lifestyles. My schedule is as follows:

Monday 8am-4pm
Tuesday 9am-4pm
Wednesday 9am-7pm
Thursday 9am-7pm
Friday 8am-5pm

What are the benefits of therapy?

Participating in therapy can result in improved interpersonal relationships, stronger self esteem, decreased symptoms of depression and anxiety and the resolution of specific concerns that led you to seek treatment. Achieving these benefits, however, requires motivation and effort from you. You need to practice the strategies I teach you between sessions in order for therapy to be most effective. I recommend that clients come to therapy once a week in the beginning and then we will reevaluate treatment based on your progress and feelings.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

Every individual and situation is unique so the amount of time needed in therapy varies based on your personal circumstances. My goal for you is to make progress as quickly as possible. I want you to start feeling better and enjoying the life you deserve.
